Mix quick-setting concrete according to the package instructions and pour it into the plastic buckets. To create a hollow space for plants, press a smaller plastic cup or container into the center of the wet concrete, weighing it down with rocks or coins. Tap the sides of the bucket gently to release any trapped air bubbles. Allow the concrete to cure for at least 24 to 48 hours. Once fully hardened, carefully cut away the outer plastic bucket to reveal your solid stone pumpkin. Smooth any rough edges with sandpaper, and fill the center cavity with vibrant orange marigolds, dark purple pansies, or structural succulents.
