Creepy Crawly Handprint Spiders

20

End your crafting session with a classic handprint spider that makes a wonderful addition to any holiday scrapbook. Fold a piece of colorful construction paper in half. Have your child paint their palm and four fingers black, leaving their thumb clean. Press the painted hand down on one side of the paper crease, with the fingers pointing outward to form four legs. Repeat the process with the other hand on the opposite side of the crease, overlapping the palms in the center to create the spider’s body. Once dry, glue a cluster of googly eyes onto the center body, and draw a silky silver web hanging down from the top of the page.
