To construct the web, start with a circular metal craft hoop or shape one yourself using sturdy galvanized wire. Cut a piece of vintage black lace fabric slightly larger than the hoop. Stretch the lace tightly across the hoop, securing it around the edges with hot glue or by wrapping black embroidery thread around the frame. Trim away any excess fabric.
